Our car garage in Warrington is lucky in the sense that we can afford to still service cars as normal, whilst keeping a safe 2 metres away from one another and adhering to social distancing guidelines. However, we have still made a number of changes to maintain the safety of both our staff, and our customers.
Regularly cleaning of our premises, including your equipment
The buzzword at the moment, and rightly so, has been the regular rigorous cleaning of all surfaces. This is something we are keen to do here at CJ Auto Service too, as we want to eliminate the risk of the spread of bacteria where possible, as we look to fight the spread of the coronavirus. We will deep clean our premises daily to keep it at an exemplary level of hygiene.
We will also go over any surface we touch in your car as a precaution, to ensure that no bacteria is transmitted between our technicians and our customers. Your car keys will also be thoroughly cleaned by us as they will be directly exchanged between parties before and after servicing.
Contactless service
If you have used CJ Auto to service your Audi in Warrington in the past, then you’ll know already that we like to capitalise on modern technology and use contactless service when possible. However, now more than ever, a contactless only service makes sense, so this is what we aim to do going forward.

Educating our technicians
Here at CJ Auto Service, we take the safety of our customers and staff very seriously. This is why we have looked to put our technicians in the best possible position, so they feel safe about coming back to work and our customers feel that they are in capable hands when trusting us with getting their cars back on the road. We have instructed our technicians to wash their hands when possible, and to maintain social distancing with both colleagues and customers, amongst many other new ways of working, to keep our place of work as somewhere which is both productive, and safe.
